The Stillpoint Within ~ September 2026 Silent Retreat
18 - 20 September 2026 | Optional third night available
Quantock Hills, Somerset
Sometimes what we’re looking for isn’t another answer. It’s the space to hear ourselves again.
A weekend to step out of the noise and come home to yourself
Join me for a gentle, small-group silent retreat in the beautiful countryside of the Quantock Hills.
Over three days, you’ll be invited to step away from the demands of daily life and enter a quieter rhythm of rest, reflection, and reconnection.
Through silence, digital detox, guided practices, and time in nature, you’ll have the opportunity to slow down, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself away from the constant noise of modern life.
This retreat is intentionally small, with a maximum of six participants, creating a supportive environment that feels both spacious and held.
Whether you’re seeking rest, clarity, creativity, or simply a pause from the busyness of everyday life, this retreat offers space to listen, reflect, and reset.
What to Expect
Throughout the retreat, you’ll be supported through a combination of:
Guided meditation and relaxation
Breathwork practices
Reflective journalling
Creative exploration
Time in nature
Digital detox
Nourishing vegetarian meals
Spacious periods of silence and rest
No previous experience of silent retreats or meditation is required.

You might find yourself sitting quietly with a cup of tea as the morning unfolds, exploring the woodland paths, watching the light move across the hills, or resting in one of the peaceful corners of the property.

The Stillpoint Within is more than a retreat - it’s a journey into quiet remembrance.
An invitation to slow down, soften, and meet yourself beneath the noise of daily life.
Over our time together, you’ll be held in stillness and supported in the tender process of returning home - to your breath, your body, and your inner knowing.
If something in you stirs as you read these words - a pull toward peace, a longing for space to just be - trust that call.
Spaces are limited to six participants to allow for depth and personal care.
