I facilitate retreats that support deep presence, emotional restoration, and soul-level awakening. Some are held in silence, some weave in plant medicine, and others are co-created with trusted collaborators. Each retreat is an invitation to return to yourself.

My approach to retreat facilitation is grounded, intuitive, and deeply relational. Whether we are sitting in silence, journeying, or exploring the inner landscape through guided processes, the intention is always the same:

  • to allow transformation to unfold at its own pace

  • Transcendental Retreats & Collaborative Facilitation - I co-facilitate transcendental retreats that weave plant medicine with therapeutic and spiritual guidance. These are held in collaboration with another experience facilitator, creating a deeply transformative space for healing, remembrance, and expanded awareness

    I’m also open to future collaborations with practitioners, facilitators, and ceremonialists who feel aligned with any of my work.
