Client Agreement

Therapy is a collaborative process built on mutual trust, respect and commitment. This agreement outlines our responsibilities to each other to ensure a safe and supportive working relationship:

My commitment to you:

  • I will act with integrity, openness, honesty and professionalism at all times.

  • I will work within the ethical guidelines set by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) and the Holistic Healing College (HHC).

  • I will tailor our sessions using a range of therapeutic techniques, based on what I believe will be most supportive for you - always in consultation and agreement with you.

  • I welcome feedback and am open to suggestions on how I can improve your experience.

  • If at any point you have concerns or a complaint, please speak to me directly in the first instance. I will do my best to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, you are entitled to contact my professional body and follow their complaints procedure.

Your commitment to me:

  • To engage in the process with openness and honesty.

  • To let me know of any concerns or discomfort with our work together as soon as they arise.

  • To pay the session fee in full prior to your appointment in order to confirm your booking.

  • To provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full session fee is non-refundable.
