Client Agreement
Therapy is a collaborative process built on mutual trust, respect and commitment. This agreement outlines our responsibilities to each other to ensure a safe and supportive working relationship:
My commitment to you:
I will act with integrity, openness, honesty and professionalism at all times.
I will work within the ethical guidelines set by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) and the Holistic Healing College (HHC).
I will tailor our sessions using a range of therapeutic techniques, based on what I believe will be most supportive for you - always in consultation and agreement with you.
I welcome feedback and am open to suggestions on how I can improve your experience.
If at any point you have concerns or a complaint, please speak to me directly in the first instance. I will do my best to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, you are entitled to contact my professional body and follow their complaints procedure.
Your commitment to me:
To engage in the process with openness and honesty.
To let me know of any concerns or discomfort with our work together as soon as they arise.
To pay the session fee in full prior to your appointment in order to confirm your booking.
To provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full session fee is non-refundable.
