I work with spiritually aware adults who may already have insight into their patterns - yet still feel caught in them. Together, we gently uncover what sits beneath the surface and create space for meaningful, embodied change.

I integrate Psychotherapy, Spiritual Counselling, and Hypnotherapy in a way that honours both evidence-based practice and your inner wisdom.

    A structured 6-week programme to help you navigate perimenopause and menopause with greater ease. This gentle, evidence-based approach supports emotional balance, reduces stress, improves sleep, and helps you feel more grounded during this significant life phase. Available 1:1 or in a small therapeutic group.

Fees

Individual therapy sessions are £75 per hour.

Sessions are available online via Google Meet or in person in Berkhamsted.

Complimentary Consultation

I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation for those considering 1:1 therapy.
