Hypnotherapy for Menopause Support
A structured 6-week programme to help you navigate perimenopause and menopause with greater ease. This gentle, evidence-based approach supports emotional balance, reduces stress, improves sleep, and helps you feel more grounded during this significant life phase. Available as a 1:1 or in a small therapeutic group.

Fees
Individual therapy sessions are £75 per hour and take place either online via Google Meet, or in person in Berkhamsted.
