Menopause Support for Your Employees
Confidential, therapeutic support delivered online
Supporting employees through menopause is becoming an increasingly important part of workplace wellbeing.
Many women experience symptoms that can affect their sleep, energy, confidence, emotional wellbeing, and ability to function day to day, including at work. Yet many also feel they need to manage this privately or alone.
This programme offers a structured, confidential way to support employees directly.
6-week Online Menopause Support Programme
This is a small-group therapeutic support programme for employees navigating perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause.
Delivered online across the UK by an integrative psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, the programme combines practical tools, emotional support, psychoeducation, and guided hypnotherapy.
The focus is not on workplace training or policy advice, but on helping women feel more supported, more resourced, and more able to manage the impact of menopause in their daily lives.
What the Programme Includes
Over six weeks, participants are supported through themes such as:
Relaxation and stress reduction
Sleep and symptom management
Confidence and identity
Nutrition, self-care, and self-hypnosis
Energy, activity, and motivation
Gratitude, integration, and ongoing support
Each session includes space for discussion, practical tools, and guided hypnotherapy.
